CEE’s Alex Forrest Chosen as a UC Davis Hellman Fellow

Assistant Professor Alex Forrest was one of three junior faculty members chosen from the UC Davis College of Engineering as 2017-2018 UC Davis Hellman Fellows.

Forrest was recognized for his research entitled “Epishelf Lakes: A key to understanding ice shelf collapse?”

The goal of the Hellman Fellows Program is to support the research of promising assistant professors performing research in the UC system who show capacity for great distinction in their chosen fields of endeavor.
